Welcoming clinic reception area with patient amenities and calming office atmosphere

Welcome to our Plantation Chiropractic Office

Carpe Diem Chiropractic is a chiropractor in Plantation, FL, on NW 70th Avenue just north of West Broward Boulevard. Led by board certified chiropractor Dr. Barak Meraz, our team combines hands-on adjustments, in office imaging, and rehabilitation to find the root cause of your pain instead of chasing the symptom.

Every new patient starts with a consultation, orthopedic testing, a nerve scan, and digital x-rays when clinically appropriate. We look at how your spine and joints are moving before anyone puts hands on you, then explain what we found and recommend a plan you can agree to. Adjustments are not a cure for illness. What they can do is restore joint motion, reduce nerve interference, and give your body a better environment to heal in, especially paired with the therapies available in our office.

What Plantation Patients are Saying

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Carpe Diem Chiropractic located in Plantation?

Our Plantation office is at 300 NW 70th Ave Ste 100, Plantation, FL 33317, on NW 70th Avenue just north of West Broward Boulevard. We are minutes from Plantation Towne Square and across Broward Boulevard from the Plantation Preserve Golf Course. Free parking is available on site.

What are your Plantation office hours?

We are open Monday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm, Wednesday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, and Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm. We are closed Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If those hours do not work, our Fort Lauderdale office keeps a different schedule, including Friday mornings.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor in Plantation?

No. You can book directly with us. Just call (954) 368-5483 or request an appointment online.

Do you take x-rays at the Plantation office?

Yes. Digital x rays are taken on site when they are clinically appropriate, along with orthopedic testing and nerve scans. You will not need to go to an outside imaging center and wait for results before starting care.

How long does the first appointment take?

Plan for 45 minutes to an hour. That covers your consultation, examination, imaging if needed, a review of the findings, and usually your first treatment. Completing the intake form beforehand saves time.

Can I be seen at both the Plantation and Fort Lauderdale offices?

Yes. Many patients split visits between our two Broward County locations depending on their work schedule. Your care plan and records follow you.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what we find, how long the problem has been there, and what you are trying to get back to. After your examination we will give you a specific recommendation with a realistic timeline rather than an open ended commitment.

Is chiropractic care safe?

Chiropractic care is widely considered safe when it is delivered by a licensed practitioner after a proper examination. That is exactly why we test and image before we treat. If anything in your history suggests chiropractic is not appropriate for you, we will tell you and refer you elsewhere.
